Plot: a nerd who was rejected in grade school by the popular girls, comes to kill them all a decade or so later
Little Jeremy is snubbed by the girls at a dance and then he’s beat up by the boys. This scars him, which is natural, but he takes his revenge a little too far. Years later, he starts killing the girls who rejected him. However, we feel no real empathy for most of the girls because they’re still the same little bitches they were in school.
The movie had some good innovation and for that it gets points. There was throat cutting, bludgeoning with an iron, electrocution, shooting and even a beheading. And we totally didn’t dislike the movie until the end. In case you haven’t seen it though, we won’t spoil it here.
Another thing that ruined the movie was the motive. Sure, we get that he got rejected and all, but when he grows up and starts to kill, he does so indiscriminately. He kills a maid even and she did nothing wrong at all. Over all, DJ doesn’t recommend it and I say, do what you want. See if you like the ending any more than we did.
DJ’s score: 37. My score: 45.
