Written and directed by Fred Walton. Starring Carol Kane, Charles Durning and Jill Schoelen, Kevin McNulty and Gene Lythgow.
Plot: Jill (Kane) is back and this time she’s helping another babysitter, Julia (Schoelen) who is being stalked.
If you haven’t seen the first one, don’t watch this one till you do. And don’t read the rest of this review either.
Now, in this movie, Julia is babysitting and a man comes to the door asking to use the phone because his car broke down. Only maybe his car didn’t break down, because soon things start to get weird and then the children go missing. Five years later, Julia is in college and suffering from PTSD. And she’s being stalked by that same creep. And Jill just so happens to work as a counselor at the school, so she helps her immediately. She even calls John (Durning) to help out.
DJ really didn’t like the movie though. He said it was one very long episode of Criminal Minds and not scary at all. But I really liked it. I found the beginning especially disturbing, so of course I recommend.
My score: 75. DJ’s score: 25. We had a fight about this one. LOL.
