Plot: someone is killing people at a college in the ways of old Urban Legends.
The opening scene is violent and wonderful. It’s the urban legend about the stranger in the backseat. A strange man that works at a gas station tries to coax Michelle out of her car because he sees the man in the backseat, but she thinks he’s the creeper so she races off and then gets beheaded. Other urban legends involve the scraping on the top of the car, the crazy roommate who gets killed while you’re in the room, the dog in the microwave, the killer under the car, etc. etc.
We mostly enjoyed this movie because of the kills and the cast. I love, love Joshua Jackson. However, the characters themselves weren’t very likable. We only really liked Paul (Leto). Natalie (Witt), who the movie centers around, is the worse. All she does is cry and be wrong about stuff. She thinks the killer is everyone, but the one person it is. She is too self-involved and we really wanted her to die, but she doesn’t because she’s the final girl. Idiot.
Bad things about this movie. One, there was no Freddy Claws at all and that sucked. Two, it’s a bit dramatic, especially the ending. Three, and this is the ultimate spoiler so…

THERE IS NO WAY THAT 100 POUND WEIGHING BITCH COULD HAVE STRUNG JOSHUA JACKSON UP LIKE THAT!!! The idea of little Rebecca Gayheart being the killer is just ridiculous. But we still like it.
My score: 62. DJ’s score: 57.
