Plot: after two years, someone is murdering people again using the same M.O.
Sidney Prescott (Campbell) is now attending college and a movie has been made – STAB – about the Woodsboro murders. When two college students are killed by someone in a Ghostface costume, reporters descend on the campus and on Sidney herself. Then more people around her begin to die and it’s pretty much the same story as the first only, who’s the killer this time?
The movie is not bad, it’s just not the best sequel ever. There’s too many holes. I mean, Sidney’s in a situation to kill Ghostface or at least find out who he/she is and she doesn’t. Also, she agrees to do a play where she’s swarmed by people in masks. Like, wouldn’t she have far too much PTSD to ever even agree to that? It was very unrealistic.
However, it was entertaining. It was funny in parts. I wasn’t bored, but DJ was a little and doesn’t really recommend this one. I think you should watch it, especially if you’re going to watch the rest.
My score: 46. DJ’s score: 38.
