Plot: a woman inherits a house in Texas from family she never knew

This one ignores all previous Texas Chainsaw movies except the first, though the time line doesn’t make sense. Luckily that fact isn’t harmful to the movie overall. This one sets up a pretty clear good guys vs bad guys motif, for me it was easy to root for certain characters and hate others.
Like previous chainsaw movies the group of friends aren’t massively likeable but I love Alexandra so who cares about the rest. Another character runs out to be ‘surprisingly’ likeable. The good ole boys are not to be trusted but no shock there.
I really dug the motive in this one. It’s realistic to an unfortunate degree. The direction is terrific. Good story that followed rules and was well acted by a great cast. Made Tara jump in a couple parts. Zero boobs despite sex scenes and ripping of clothing but altogether a fun movie with a satisfying ending ( loot for an awesome post credits scene) That is highly rewatchable.
This is actually each of our favorites of the Texas Chainsaw series, Tara gave it a 70 and I scored it an 84!
