Plot: after being hypnotized, a man begins having visions of a dead girl.

Tom (Bacon) thinks the paranormal is all a joke, so he gets his wife’s friend, Lisa (Douglas) to hypnotize him.  It works and suddenly he’s having grim visions of a 17-year-old girl named Samantha (Morrison) who disappeared six months ago.  And that’s all I can say about that or I’d give away the whole movie.

I like that Tom’s wife (Erbe) doesn’t think he’s crazy when he starts telling her about what he’s experiencing.  The acting is superb, especially from the cute little boy (Cope).  It was entertaining, funny in parts, well-written and very realistic.  It was a terrific story and a solid movie.

My score: 64.  DJ’s score: 59.
